How it all started



So, why did I create this website? That is a good question and one I will answer for you.

It all started by an idea I had.  I wanted to create a unique username. A name that no one else was using and one that was easy for people to remember. So with much thinking and thinking and rethinking I came up with the name PopPencil. The word Pop coming from my interest for k-pop and the word pencil to indicate what PopPencil is all about. That's right, art and creativity.

 

The reason I came up with this name was because I wanted to create an Instagram page, a brand new DeviantArt page and a G-mail account by the same name. Thus, making it easier to market myself and my art. 

I wanted to see what people thought about me and what I love to do. I wanted to for once be serious about sharing my interests and hobbies. So, PopPencil was the result and now I'm more motivated than ever.

 

Future goals?

 

Yes, I have plenty and even a plan to get to them too. I love having goals because they make you want to work harder and motivates you by giving you a clear sight of where you're going.

In the future, my biggest goal is to sell the art that I make. Getting to that point will require dedication, a whole lot of support from you and hard work but that is something I am willing to commit to.

 

Another goal is creating a community where I get to know all of my readers and visitors, that means you. I want to have a close communication and contact with you guys so that no matter where you are in this big world we can still share our thoughts and bond like family.
